Faudhia Soeder
Co-Founder, Chairwoman
Faudhia is the Co-Founder of the Forward Step Organization, Tanzania, and has been active in girls and women empowerment for more than 15 years. Artist by profession, she currently studies Engineering and Management in Merseburg, Germany.
Eva Jägle
Co-Founder, Chairwoman
Eva studied Management and Technology and now is a doctoral researcher in the field of building materials. As a youth group leader she has been active in youth work with young girls and women for several years. She is also alumnae of a career building program for female students in STEM.
Dr.-Ing. Mareike Thiedeitz
Co-Founder, Treasurer
Mareike is civil engineer, but works as researcher in the field of building materials. She has been active in grassroots projects and scientific collaborations in Sub-Saharan African countries for several years.
